Drusku Hillfort Nature Trail
About the route
A walk with the challenge of climbing the steepest hillfort in Latvia, with a reward of scenic views and the chance to see the highest peak in the Baltics – Suur Munamägi (Estonia). Picturesque views of the ancient valley and its lakes also open up from the Korneti viewing tower. At sunrise and sunset this landscape has a particularly romantic and distinctive atmosphere. Overcoming the steep slopes and many steps will ensure a cheerful spirit and at the same time strengthen the heart and the cardiovascular system.
