Ilgājs – Money Stone Path

The path leads through places steeped in tales and legends: hillocks, valleys, forest paths, meadows and lakes in the Korneti–Peļļi ravine, which was formed by a powerful current as the glaciers melted at the end of the Ice Age. The inexplicable power of nature gave rise to legends of the devil who built a bridge across Lake Ilgājs, while the many events of wars left tales of Lake Palpers, drunk dry during the Great Northern War, and the money buried beside it.
